What we access

To do its job the app reads: your store domain, your published theme’s configuration files (to verify your disclosure blocks are live), and your app subscription status. It requests a single Shopify permission: read_themes.

What we store

We store shop-level settings only: which AI features you told us you use, the last verified state of your disclosures, and a readiness score. We do not collect, store, or process any of your customers’ personal data.

Data deletion

When you uninstall the app, or on a Shopify shop/redact request, we delete all data we hold for your store. We also honour customers/data_request and customers/redact — though we store no customer data, so there is nothing to return or erase.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your data. Billing is handled by Shopify. We use no third-party analytics or trackers.

The app helps you add AI-transparency disclosures. It is a configuration tool, not legal advice, and does not by itself establish legal compliance.
